Are you an experienced social worker who wants to get into fostering, but opportunities are limited in your current role?

Leaders in Care are working with an IFA in South Wales, seeking an experienced practitioner to join peppers established fostering service as a supervising social worker.

Responsibilities

As a supervising social worker, you will also be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, assessing special guardians and ensuring support plans are in place, also to work with a child's social worker to achieve permanence, either through long term fostering or special guardianship.
