Job summary

A leading energy solutions company is seeking a Proposal Manager to prepare detailed bid and tender submissions for projects ranging from £0.2m to £20m+. The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and tender preparation and must possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and negotiation capabilities. A minimum of 1 to 3 years in an estimating role is required, alongside experience in the electrical industry. This role offers opportunities for personal growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years minimum experience in an estimating or similar commercial role.
• HV electrical or similar electrical industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team, but also self-sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project pricing and tender preparation.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and discuss customer requirements.
• Provide detailed Bill of Quantities using Estimating Software.
