Over 60 per cent of the students that join us don’t have a background in finance and we’re actively working to increase that number. We see the value in teams that contain a broad mix of people from different backgrounds and with different ways of seeing the world.

Financial services is a dynamic and exciting area to work in. No day is ever the same.
