Job description

The role

Looking for an opportunity to shape growth strategy in an exciting space? Then this is it.

As the UK’s most trusted incentives and reliefs specialist, our combination of tax expertise and industry insight unlocks opportunities for our clients. We help businesses navigate complexity to secure valuable funding through R&D tax relief, Patent Box, grants, capital allowances and more.

We’re looking for a Strategic Growth & Advisory Partner to drive the growth of our complementary service lines by identifying, nurturing and shaping commercial opportunities for our consulting team.

You’ll work closely with service line directors, acting as a catalyst for new engagements by building relationships, mapping opportunities and positioning ForrestBrown’s specialist expertise with clarity and impact.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can confidently analyse target sectors, client profiles and market trends in innovation incentives, generating high‑value opportunities for our technical leaders to engage and close. Your success will be defined by significant pipeline creation, strategic influence and measurable contribution to the conversion of new consulting work.

You’ll need to assess commercial potential across sectors, client archetypes and geographic regions to identify and prioritise opportunities. Translating these insights into actionable business development strategies to guide directors and service line teams will be central to your role.

If you’re someone who can develop pitch decks and prospect insights, design and run targeted business development campaigns and sprints, and collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver integrated outreach initiatives, then we’d love to hear from you.

So, if you think you’d like to join the growth journey of our dynamic consulting business, get in touch to hear more about what we can offer.

We welcome applications from candidates that appreciate flexibility in their work schedule. At ForrestBrown, our culture thrives on collaboration, learning, and celebrating success together. While we embrace flexibility, we operate with a predominantly office‑based structure, where employees spend at least three days in our vibrant offices with hybrid working options available for the remaining days.

Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for employment visas at this time. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
