Responsibilities

• Deliver ER advice to empower functional managers.
• Coach and support managers in developing ER capability.
• Collaborate with People Partners and Legal team.
• Identify trends to implement upskilling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of case documentation.
• Respond to enquiries from the casework team mailbox.
