You will prepare cost estimates, manage contractor proposals, and support career development in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has an MRICS qualification and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or near attainment).
• Experience on complex construction projects, preferably in Research and Life Sciences.
• Experience leading lower-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying and cost management services on projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and feasibility studies.
• Review and manage contractor proposals.

Skills

Sound commercial and cost-value knowledge
