About the OPPORTUNITY

We have two exciting full-time, permanent opportunities for Stores / Repair Coordinators to join our Advanced Manufacturing Service Centre team at Edinburgh Parks, SA.

If you have experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or administration, this is your chance to play a key role in supporting a project and ensuring operational milestones are met.

Flexible work options are available, including a 9-day fortnight, to help you balance work and life.

Key responsibilities
  • Receipt and dispatch of repairable items and components both physically and in our stock control systems.
  • Monitor and report on the turn around times of repairable assets against agreed service level targets.
  • Coordinate with Service Centre Team Leaders and Technicians to ensure data integrity in stock control systems.
  • Manage non-conformances and carry out cycle counts for auditors.
  • Support engineering and maintenance teams by enabling annual equipment maintenance and calibration plans.
About YOU
  • Experience in planned maintenance, repair, logistics, or stores operations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn company/customer platforms.
  • Meticulous data entry and record keeping.
  • Adaptability to new initiatives and changing conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with stock control systems (Desirable).
  • Forklift licence or walkie stacker training (Desirable).
  • NV1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
