Store Manager position in a busy town centre location. Previous retail management experience preferred.

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and encourage creativity with your day to day tasks including digital printing, making canvas wall art and personalized photo gifts. We specialize in photo ID and portrait photography where full training will be given.

You will lead a small team to maintain high standards, hit targets, lead and develop your colleagues and give the best customer service you can using your amazing personality!

The job is more than your usual retail position and for the right person the role will be rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere with energy and motivation being key.

If you are self-motivated, bonus hungry, keen to learn new skills and take pride in customer care, selling and possess high personal standards, you are the perfect person to join our team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

Salary £26,416 plus uncapped bonus!.

The role would be based in our Luton branch which is a busy shopping centre location. Candidates must be prepared to also support neighbouring branches as required and training will be offsite.
