Our goal is simple: to deliver a service our customers can rely on and be proud of.We’re now looking for a Regional **Station Liaison Manager** to join our Stations Team, playing a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with a wide range of internal and, predominantly, external stakeholders across our North East, East Midlands & Scotland route.**What you’ll be doing**· Building strong, collaborative relationships with station partners through regular attendance and leadership at Station Stakeholder Meetings· Championing improvement initiatives, driving performance (including station-related delays), and raising customer service standards· Carrying out regular station customer experience audits, clearly reporting findings and supporting stations to deliver meaningful improvements· Representing station interests at internal meetings, including those relating to planned service disruption, engineering works, and special events· Providing cover for fellow Station Liaison Managers when required, including annual leave.**About the role**While the role is based at our Multistory Head Office in Central Birmingham, it will involve regular travel across the CrossCountry network, predominantly within the East Midlands, North-East & Scotland regions.**What we’re looking for****Essential skills and behaviours**· Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders· A flexible, adaptable approach· A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude· Self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence to take ownershipDesirable (but not essential)· Knowledge of the UK rail network· Experience with train delay attribution (Bugle) — training will be providedApplications close: **29/01/2026** Click “Apply Now” to take the next step in yourcareer with CrossCountry Trains.**Diversity & Inclusion**We’re proud to build a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
