A multi-academy trust in the South Coast is seeking a Standards Officer to support headteachers and improve educational outcomes. The successful candidate will need strong leadership experience, knowledge of the Ofsted framework, and a passion for raising educational standards. Contract: Full Time (Fixed term for 18 months)
Salary: L16 to L21

The successful candidate will work with headteachers, senior school leaders and governors to provide precise support and challenge to build leadership capacity and improve our schools.
