(An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic registered nurses to join Endoscopy and Bowel Cancer Services Department within the trust. Endoscopy experience preferred but not essential
This is a permanent post 18 hour post
North Tees and Hartlepool Endoscopy units are recognised for providing both high level quality care to our patients and exceptional learning opportunities for all members of the team
The successful applicant will work within a multidisciplinary team and across clinical boundaries in support of patient care. Good communication is essential as you will be expected to communicate effectively with patients their relatives and carers and other professionals working in the trust.
The successful candidate will work in all areas of the department which includes admitting recovery and discharge of patients working in the procedure rooms participating on 24 hour emergency on call at both the North Tees and the Hartlepool site

Main responsibilities are work as part of a multidisciplinary team participating in all aspects of clinical care of patients attending the unit including admission and discharge and recovery working within procedure rooms assisting in complex therapeutic procedures
