The Role:

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team. You’ll be someone driven by their passion to create a memorable guest experience, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere whilst keeping guest experience and satisfaction at the heart of what they do. As a key member of the Spa Team, you’ll interact with guests and spa members and provide a great spa experience at all times. You’ll provide a full range of Beauty Therapy, making sure a high standard is maintained throughout each treatment and also perform retail sales to all guests.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a Spa Therapist with a passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and delivering exceptional service. For this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be trained to Level 3 Beauty as a minimum. You’ll have experience working within a luxury spa/beauty environment and have competent knowledge of treatments.
