What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional treatment experiences and maintain five‑star standards of care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.
Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance each guest’s wellness journey.
Take initiative to personalise treatments and offer upgrades that elevate the experience.
Promote hotel and spa facilities, identifying opportunities to enrich the guest’s stay through genuine upselling.
Collaborate with the wider Spa team to create a seamless, supportive environment.
Perform additional duties as required to support smooth spa operations.
