Aramark UK is recruiting a Sous Chef to work across 3 dynamic kitchens at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort - From buffet breakfasts to fine dining, this is a role that offers real variety.

This is a tremendously exciting challenge for a hard‑working, career minded, individual to join the team and assume responsibility for overseeing the F&B operation. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead and inspire the talented team to deliver exceptional hospitality by optimising the guest experience through class leading Health & Safety standards, a real desire for team development, and a sound understanding and delivery of culinary excellence.

A day in the life of a Sous Chef:

• In the absence of the Head Chef, assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
• Lead by example and ensure the team are productive and engaged
• General preparation and service of breakfast, and dinner for up to 540 guests
• To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to a high standard
• Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
• Deliver first class food throughout service
• Manage all associated administration

• Flexible approach to hours and duties
• IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross‑discipline stakeholders
