A leading catering service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to run shifts and manage culinary operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include producing meals under pressure and supporting team dynamics. Candidates should possess relevant culinary qualifications and experience. Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at Kinloss Barracks.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the shifts when the Head Chef is not present, producing up to 1000 meals at a time. You will be well organised and be able to work well under pressure.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
