What you will do

We have a vacancy for a Solutions Manager / Solutions Architect for ourteam converting out customer needs into clear, deliverable, and commercially aligned solutions. Taking a solution driven approach, thinking ahead, and simplifying any complexity for the business.

  • Turn customer challenges into practical solution designs that use the product portfolio correctly.
  • Act as the translation layer between Sales, Product, and the customer, ensuring clear understanding of needs, capability, and fit.
  • Coordinate product inputs into proposals and combine them into a coherent solution architecture.
  • Feed structured insight back to Product without taking responsibility for product decisions.
  • Strengthen Sales capability and confidence by providing enablement on solution messaging, value, and use cases
What we are looking for
  • Experience in Intelligent Transport Systems, Smart City technology, mobility, parking, or transport operations.
  • Proven background in solution design, presales, system integration, or technical consultancy.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding the impact of their solution design on ability to deliver and profitability.
  • Bid support (I see this as a big part of their job) - supporting solution generation on key bids, particularly those of a complex nature.
  • Communication - strong ability to visually show solution architecture at multiple design levels from concept to detailed solution.
  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in identifying customer needs and mapping them to products and platforms.
