About the Family Support Teams

Join a team dedicated to working with families long-term plans, building resilience and minimising risks to children by engaging their networks. These teams are responsible for:

  • Planning and reviewing care for children receiving support, including those on child protection plans.
  • Helping families achieve their goals through consistent, kind, and child-focused support.
  • Supporting families until court proceedings conclude, providing stability throughout.
