Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Team Manager in leading and managing a team.
• Improve outcomes for children through partnership working.
• Supervise staff and support the team practically and emotionally.
• Line management responsibility for 3-4 social workers.
• Complete and review performance development plans for supervisees.
• Chair strategy and review meetings and maintain records.
