We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in London. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week in the office.

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for the ServiceNow GRC suite.
• Configure and implement GRC IRM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and improve processes aligned with GRC principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.
• Provide effective documentation and support for risk and compliance initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow Expertise: Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, especially GRC IRM modules.
• GRC Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks, and governance principles.
