We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales as part of a hugely successful branch team.

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you know that the perfect bathroom requires planning, trust, creative flair and the ability to bring an idea to life. You will identify and capitalise on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with the perfect solutions for their dream bathrooms. You will build rapport quickly and create trusted relationships to drive customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport and generating repeat business.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales journey, ensuring customer needs are met to achieve their ideal bathroom.
  • Collaborate with in‑branch colleagues to build relationships and cross‑sell to current trade customers.
  • Promote the showroom locally using creative marketing to raise awareness of our service.
  • Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with previous sales experience being a plus.
