Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the showroom is always immaculate and visually inspiring
  • Welcome and host clients, designers, and trade professionals with warmth and professionalism

  • Capture visitor details and manage leads via HubSpot CRM
  • Log interactions and follow-ups accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain showroom assets and product literature
