Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in Lift/Escalator Servicing/ Maintenance/ Repairs preferred
2. Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in Lift/Escalator maintenance or equivalent
3. Willingness to Work towards Schindler Certification Level 3 Red
4. Advanced Electrical and Mechanical knowledge, including Multi-Brand equipment
5. Advanced problem-solving skills
6. The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and within efficiencies
7. The ability to work independently with a flexible approach
8. Manual dexterity - Requires the use of hands, arms, and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate various hand and power tools and to record written information
9. Proven fault finding and diagnostic skills.
10. Good administration skills and punctuality
11. Full UK driving License
