Job description

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in monitoring and assessing dealer service quality, collecting and addressing vehicle quality issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to drive improvements in service and product quality by analysing data and providing actionable recommendations.

Work Location: Office-based, with frequent travel required to dealer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct or participate in quality assessments of the sales process to ensure brand service standards are met, providing feedback on quality from the customer's perspective.
  • Perform data analysis, comparing service offerings with competitors to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and provide targeted recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collect and report on vehicle quality issues in the market, collaborating with relevant parties to resolve and close the loop on these issues.
  • Regularly report on assessment results and progress in quality improvements to management.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Your Profile:

  1. Over 2 years of relevant experience in quality management, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry especially in passenger car section.
  2. Strong understanding of dealer marketing experience, customer service principles and best practices, with the ability to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
  3. Excellent skills in data analysis, communication, coordination, and project management.
  4. Proficient in verbal and written English.
  5. Eligible to work in the UK.
  6. Full clear UK driving licence.
