Routinely provides technical solutions to customers on moderately complex problems within a set of products or industries served. Participates on larger project teams and may also manage small project teams with narrow scope. Still acquiring higher level knowledge of products and processes but is able to research independently and only requires moderate levels of coaching and guidance.
