A UK provider of assistive devices is seeking a Service & Repair Engineer to join their field-based operations team. The role involves servicing and repairing equipment like ceiling hoists and adjustable baths, as well as attending planned maintenance and emergency repairs. Cure Talent is delighted to partner with a well-established UK provider of assistive and mobility equipment, supporting healthcare, education, care, and private settings nationwide.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Service & Repair Engineer to join their field-based operations team.

The role
  • Service and repair assistive and mobility equipment across multiple sites
  • Work on equipment including ceiling hoists, height adjustable baths and basins, and changing couches
  • Attend planned maintenance visits and emergency repair call outsComplete all work in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards
  • Accurately record work completed using the Simpro ERP system
Key requirements
  • Ability to follow service instructions, wiring diagrams, and manuals
  • Fault finding experience using electrical test meters
  • Confident using power tools and working safely at height
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence, physically fit, and comfortable working independently
