A social care organization in Glasgow is seeking a motivated Service Manager to enhance the quality of services for unaccompanied asylum seeking children. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading teams in social care, emphasizing partnership building and operational management. You must have the passion and drive to take a lead role in continuing to improve the quality of the services we provide to the people we support and to effectively lead and support The Team Facilitator to manage our frontline support staff.
This role is pivotal to the success of our mission and ambition to support unaccompanied asylum seeking children to settle into the service and local community; lead lives that are full, meaningful and inclusive. A successful Service Manager will lead their teams to develop and maintain good relationships and communications with the Social Care professionals involved in the lives of the young people we support at Campus.
