What You’ll Do

• Lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person‑centred support.
• Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people we support.
• Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Be the Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence.

Who You Are

• Experience in health or social care.
• A positive, upbeat attitude.
• A passion for helping people live fulfilling lives and connect with their communities.
• Confidence in managing behaviours that require intensive support planning.
• Comfortable with basic IT systems (training available if needed).
• Hold a minimum relevant professional qualification NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or above.
