A leading transport services provider is seeking a Service Delivery Leader to oversee maintenance teams and ensure rail vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently. You will lead and motivate staff, implement best practices, and manage depot operations in Eastleigh. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Engineering qualification and have a good understanding of rail vehicle maintenance, alongside strong leadership skills. An engaging role that offers growth within a supportive team.
Organisation – Arriva TrainCare (ATC)
Contract – Fixed Term Contract until December 2026
Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:00
Location – Eastleigh
At Arriva TrainCare we provide high quality overhaul, maintenance and servicing of passenger rolling stock, locomotives, freight wagons and track plant. We operate throughout the UK from six strategic locations – Crewe, Bristol, Eastleigh, Cambridge, Tyne Yard and Scarborough.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will assist with ensuring all areas of the business are kept up to date, support the management of depot movements and help to manage team leaders, fitters and fuel point assistants day to day.
