A leading automotive company in Bradford is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service in relation to vehicle breakdowns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer calls, ensuring effective communication with repair workshops, and delivering timely updates throughout the recovery process. This role offers a competitive salary starting from £29,008 along with an excellent benefits package including a pension scheme and career development opportunities. We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has outstanding customer service skills to join the team as a Service Coordinator. Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance, where you will be the customers’ first point of contact, right the way through to closing the case once it has been resolved. You will be committed to providing high quality customer service and have excellent attention to detail to ensure our customers experience the best service.
