Location: Elland
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hours: Rotating shifts between 7am-7pm (8‑hour shifts such as 7‑3 / 8‑4 / 9‑5)
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Controller to join a busy operational team. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance and repair activities across a designated region, ensuring customers receive a responsive and high‑quality service. Acting as the central communication point between customers, Field Service Engineers and internal departments, you'll play a key part in planning workloads, keeping service records up to date and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly and efficiently.
