Key responsibilities include informing customers about vehicle servicing while ensuring timely vehicle readiness, and providing expert advice on products. Your role

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer up to date at every stage of their vehicle journey whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will provide honest and best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where customer care must be priority and always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to our customers, building genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
