Qualifications

• Experience as a Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller.
• Must know how to prioritize and plan work effectively.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize the Bodyshop and conduct daily progress meetings.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Manage job cards and shop floor procedures.
• Liaise with Bodyshop Technicians regarding quality issues.

Skills

NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA qualified

Ability to control multiple tasks

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Full UK/EU Driving Licence
