Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering discipline.
• Experience with automated inspection systems and/or artificial intelligence for quality control is a plus.
• Training in Problem Solving techniques such as DMAIC.
• Experienced in Technology Transfer with an understanding of GMS's sites and network capabilities.
• Experience in inspection technology methodologies for sterile products.
• Formal or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for visual inspection and leak detection.
• Lead design and implementation of visual inspection standards.
• Manage technical skill development for the BC MSAT Inspection team.
• Prepare reports and communicate project progress.
• Develop and deliver training programs for inspectors and operators.
