In this hands-on role, you will lead hiring strategies, partner with senior leaders, and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner with deep expertise in Finance and Legal recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for these critical functions. You’ll be a strategic partner to senior leaders (CFO, General Counsel and adjacent stakeholders), owning hiring plans, market mapping and delivery across senior and specialist roles.
This is a hands-on role – you will personally run high-impact searches, influence hiring decisions with data and market insight and help build a world-class hiring bar for Corporate functions, specifically Finance and Legal teams.
