• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing care and support to individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis.
• Must be located in and eligible to work in the UK.

• Deliver personal, practical, emotional, and social support.
• Promote independence and ensure tenants are central to decision-making.
• Assist Team Leaders and Registered Manager in ensuring high‑quality care delivery.
