Qualifications

In Ruspidge is looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to join the team.

This is a full time role with days, nights, and weekend shifts

8am - 8pm and sleep in 8:30pm -10 am

Rate: £13.10 per hour

Hobbits Holt is located in Ruspidge, in Cinderford, close to the Forest of Dean. Our home provides residential support for six people who have a learning disability. Hobbits Holt is in a quiet residential area, with off road parking and no main roads. Our team are dedicated to supporting our residents to achieve their full potential in social and educational activities as well as in their day‑to‑day life.

What you’ll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents’ wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
