Job summary

A community support service in North Tyneside seeks a dedicated support worker to assist in delivering excellent service to autistic adults. You will be responsible for supervising a small team and supporting the Team Leader's managerial duties. Successful applicants will have experience in service delivery for complex needs and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in delivering services of excellence to autistic adults and complex needs.
• Knowledge of positive behavioural approaches is essential.
• Experience in supervising a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a living service and outreach service.
• Assist in managerial tasks supporting the Team Leader.
• Participate in a senior on-call rota for the service.
