A leading care organization based in Telford is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of experience in child-centred care and possess a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. You will be responsible for promoting a safe environment and managing daily operations alongside a dedicated team. SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20 OR £27,580 - £28,797 per annum + £3000 - £6000/year sleep in allowance (This rate is effective as of 1st April - if you start prior to this date, your hourly rate will be £12.80 - £13.40 and will be automatically uplifted on 1st April)
