Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support.
  • Capable of supporting individuals with complex needs.

Senior Support Worker – Bracknell – £13.24ph

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Bracknell. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
