• Must have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support.
• Capable of supporting individuals with complex needs.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Bracknell. We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
