A leading engineering firm based in Cheltenham is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to optimize material flow processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. The role involves designing diverse logistical solutions and implementing Lean principles for cost reduction and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in supply chain engineering, with expertise in SAP MM. Competitive salary up to £50K, plus an extensive benefits package is offered.

You will be responsible for designing and facilitating the predictable, flexible, and efficient flow of parts and materials across the entire supply chain. You will play a key part in analysing operations, conveyance, and intra-logistics strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
A central focus will be the development and sustainment of a Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ensuring that every component is managed with precision and consistency.
