We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Sub-Contract Manager to join our client’s team and take on an exciting and challenging role within the Combat Air sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex programmes, managing high-value and high-risk subcontract commitments that shape future capability.

You’ll operate in a matrix environment, supporting both Production and Development Integrated Project Teams. The role demands the ability to translate complex, early-stage customer requirements into robust subcontract agreements, ensuring seamless project delivery. Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be essential, alongside applying your commercial, legal, and procurement expertise.

We’re seeking a professional with proven experience in Defence, Aerospace, or similarly regulated industries, ideally with MCIPS or equivalent. Strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions are key. Experience with SAP (or similar systems) will be an advantage.
