Key Responsibilities
  • Leading strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive growth across key accounts and partnerships.
  • Acting as a senior advisor and strategic lead, influencing direction and execution across high‑value client relationships.
  • Building in‑depth knowledge of client businesses to deliver tailored solutions and maximize opportunities.
  • Managing and re‑negotiating contract renewals, including price increases, while driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Representing the business in senior‑level client negotiations and industry forums.
  • Monitoring and analyzing account performance, forecasting key metrics, and ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce.
