About the role

Do you have a passion for eCommerce SEO and want to work for one of the UK’s award-winning digital agencies? We’re looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to join our fantastic SEO team. In this role, you’ll manage your own client accounts, deliver high-impact SEO strategies, and support junior members of the team while learning from experienced managers. The role blends consultancy, implementation, and account management. You’ll work directly with clients, presenting ideas, answering SEO queries, and guiding them on technical, content, and digital PR. You’ll also contribute to internal initiatives that drive innovation and meaningful change across the agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys responsibility, and wants to deepen their expertise in eCommerce SEO.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

  • 2+ years agency-side SEO experience, ideally with eCommerce brands.
  • A strong understanding of SEO strategy across technical, content, and digital PR.
  • A proven track record of delivering SEO performance improvements for clients.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing multiple workflows effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify SEO for generalist marketers.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Excel, and G-Suite.
  • Some experience in team management or mentoring.
  • An analytical mindset - able to clearly demonstrate impact through data.

The impact you’ll have

As Senior SEO Strategist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing data and analytics to ensure client growth is on track.
  • Acting as a project owner, managing multiple client accounts and exceeding expectations.
  • Building strong client relationships through clear communication and delivery.
  • Managing and supporting a junior team member.
  • Acting as the go-to SEO expert for your clients, across technical, content, and PR queries.
  • Working on internal process improvements and business initiatives.
