Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Industry‑Specific Pipeline Strategy: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across targeted verticals, with defined quarterly targets for merchant acquisition and conversion rates within key industries (regulated business, fintech, retail, SaaS, etc.).
  • Drive Revenue Achievement Through Strategic Outbound Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by implementing systematic outbound sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead Strategic Account Planning: Identify and pursue high‑value merchant opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Optimize Sales Cycle Management: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene with accurate forecasting, meeting defined KPIs for sales cycle length, deal velocity, and conversion rates at each stage of the sales process.
  • Execute Data‑Driven Sales Approach: Utilize CRM data and sales analytics to track performance metrics, including monthly qualified leads, deal size, win/loss ratios, and revenue per vertical, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Drive Market Intelligence and Competitive Positioning: Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research within assigned verticals, developing industry‑specific value propositions and maintaining a database of vertical‑specific use cases and success stories.
