• Lead the Commercial, Delivery and Estimating team.
• Develop and monitor procurement and subcontract strategies.
• Manage client payment applications and invoicing.

Skills

Established commercial working for a main contractor

Knowledge of contract/commercial law

Experience with NEC 4 forms of contract

Proficient in subcontract management

Education

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience

MRICS or CICES desirable
