• Wide experience in the house building industry.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
• Preferably member of CIOB or RICS.

• Calculate and monitor prime costs and budget allocation.
• Provide detailed cost budgets in collaboration with Site Manager.
