Given our growth in the Energy connections sector, we are looking to recruit a QS to join both our QS delivery and Pre‑construction departments.
We require someone who can provide a positive commercial administration of our portfolio of projects which is essential to ensure the effective delivery of successful results and management of key risks and opportunities.
The role requires involvement during the preconstruction phase of our projects, undertaking the commercial functions including estimation, procurement and bid strategizing in accordance with the company’s tender processes, through tender governance and settlement until handover to the delivery team of the successful tender.
The role will also involve working as part of the delivery team ensuring timely and proactive contract management and administration, accurate turnover, cost and cash forecasting, change management, periodic financial reporting and liaison with both internal and external project stakeholders, positively representing the company in all matters.
