Overview
Senior Product Test Engineer (Electronics) role at Raytheon UK.
Location: Glenrothes, Scotland, Queensway Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, KY7 5PY. On site. Full-time, 37 hours.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a range of professional electronics skills such as debugging and working on high reliability electronics products, with work to component level to deliver products for customers.
- Support manufacturing production projects as part of a team of electronic test engineers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified in Electronics at degree, postgraduate, or HND (or equivalent) level.
- Knowledgeable in electronics and experience in a defence and/or military environment.
- Experience in testing and fault finding electronic assemblies to component level, fault finding, presenting data, and demonstrating expertise in these areas.

- Test Lifecycle
- Presenting data to teams
- Diagnostics, fault finding, debug and corrective action
- Mentor other staff e.g. diagnostic technicians
- Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test (DFM/DFT) implementation
- Military or high reliability manufacturing electronics
- Challenge status quo, present new ideas
- Work on a range of electronic technologies

Work Culture
