**Job Summary:**The Sr Product Manager serves as a vital link between client needs and product capabilities, especially for asset management and the Enfusion by CWAN platform. This role demands hands-on involvement in sales engagements, solution design, and collaboration with internal teams and clients. Drafting Statements of Work, resolving design challenges, and documenting product gaps require strong communication and organizational skills.Key qualifications include deep expertise in asset management, financial instruments, regulatory requirements, and client onboarding. The ability to manage complex projects and build stakeholder relationships ensures successful product delivery and client satisfaction, aligning with the strategic goals of the Product Manager position.**Responsibilities:**Engage thoroughly in complicated sales processes, actively seeking out and identifying potential red flags that could impact the success of the engagement.Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests that clearly outline business requirements, estimated efforts, agreed-upon costs, timelines for delivery, and precise acceptance criteria to set clear expectations. **Qualifications:**5+ years' experience with OMS/PMS/Accounting/Analytics platformsExperience working with PM/Trader/Ops/Accounting/Compliance teamsA dynamic personality and ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholdersExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
