At Monterosa we're looking for a Senior Producer to join our team.

About the job

As a Senior Producer at Monterosa, you will lead, develop, and deliver some of the most successful sports and entertainment products globally. A combination of line management, project management, product management, creative development, and customer communication, Monterosa’s Producers are the multi-talented driving force behind all of our Solutions. If you have prior experience leading delivery teams within customer-facing environments and want an exciting new challenge, this is a great opportunity for you.

About you

As a leader of a multi-disciplinary project team, you will be responsible for line managing Producers and/or Graduate Producers, as well as managing the end-to-end delivery of our key products. This involves gathering requirements, writing application specifications, and managing customer communications from kick-off to launch. You will be an expert in managing a team of developers, designers, and QA to ensure the delivery of world‑class solutions on time.

You’ll be an expert communicator who is able to explain business and product requirements to engineers in a constructive and clear way. Senior Producers are team players and work especially closely with the Tech Lead in the team, their partner in the leadership of the projects and products being delivered. You will also use these communication skills to keep the customer and stakeholders informed at all stages of the project lifecycle and to inspire your fellow Producers.

Working closely with Product & Commercial teams to create new business proposals and specifications.

What does it take?

• You’ve worked as a Digital Project Manager or Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, preferably within a digital agency or SaaS environment
• Multi-year experience delivering web, native iOS, and Android apps
• An expert in working in an Agile development environment with high-level technical understanding
• Experience in line management with passion and drive to ensure your team is productive, happy, and motivated
• A strong communicator (fluency in another European language a plus), an innovative problem solver, a planner, and a teacher to your team
• A sharp eye for detail and the quality of delivery. You see issues before they happen and are able to find appropriate solutions
• You are an all‑rounder with a Customer focus and have a positive, can‑do attitude
• Committed to ensuring product goals are clear and the vision is aligned internally and with Customers.
• Able to anticipate Customer needs based on product analytics, research, and market awareness
• Calm, methodical, and resilient, you’ve been in some scrapes, planned your way out, and can teach others how to do the same
• You’ve worked as a digital product manager, production or project manager with 5+ years of experience and preferably within a digital/mobile agency or SaaS environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with a high‑level technical understanding
• An appreciation for the value of good processes including sprint planning, running retrospectives, and effective time and resource planning
• A sharp eye for detail and quality. Data analysis experience is a plus.
• You are an all‑rounder with a Customer focus and a positive, can‑do attitude
• You like the idea of working in Media and Sport
